It is only 5 minutes by car from the sea. The floor is in original terracotta. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. On the first floor, which is accessed via a convenient internal staircase, we find the double bedroom with a 49-inch flat-screen TV and parquet flooring.
